This page gives notice of the patent that protects Eget Liber, Inc.’s products, under the virtual marking provision of 35 U.S.C. § 287(a). Each product listed below includes a Staged Flow Treatment System (SFTS) reactor and is protected by the patent listed beside it.
U.S. Patent No. 11,402,364 covers the SFTS reactor in both of its forms: the stationary form, installed at a fixed location without a vessel (claim 1), and the vessel-borne form, carried in a boat (claim 4). The patent also covers the method of using the SFTS reactor in either form: the stationary form (claim 7) and the vessel-borne form (claim 9).
